If you decide to make use of our services, you can place an order by phone, e-mail, fax, post, or – most conveniently – by our online order form. Your order must include your invoice data (name and company address, registered office, ID number, tax ID number/VAT ID number, your name), an approximate document size (in pages) or an ordered service description and deadline. If you would like any specific data to be listed in the invoice, please specify this in the order form. Our regular clients may simply send us a brief e-mail instead of preparing an individual order for each project.

Documents to be translated can be delivered to us by e-mail, fax, or post; we can collect them upon agreement and send them back personally or via courier. Larger documents can be, with mutual agreement, uploaded to our ftp-server or you can send them to us on CD.

Rates for translating, interpreting and graphics are in Euros based on a standard page. The total price is quoted both in Euros and in Slovak korunas (according to the valid conversion rate: 1 EUR = 30.126 SKK). We are happy to send you our price list upon request.

Our regular clients can benefit from permanent discounts of up to 20%. Discount figures depend on the number of standard pages ordered per year. We offer single discounts for larger documents. Initial discounts for new customers are offered during a special offer period. Discounts are also offered for long-term interpreting services.
