Every translated document undergoes thorough proofreading in order to verify the grammar, stylistics and terminology of the translated document. Proofreading is included in the price of translation, so you do not need to pay any extra charge.

We focus on translation of economic and legal documents, technical documents, particularly in the areas of automotive, general mechanical and electrical engineering, power supply and chemistry, as well as information and communication technologies. We also translate websites, letters, advertising texts, newspaper articles and more.

When selecting an interpreter for an individual event, we take into account the subject matter as well as the distance from the interpreter's place of residence, in order to achieve maximum quality for an optimal price. Our clients receive the advantage, besides other services that we provide, of a thorough quality control system.

Agentúra ONLINE, s.r.o., also provides proofreading and editing of documents translated by other agencies or individuals. We provide full proofreading – i.e. a content comparison of the original and the target language, including editing and proofreading (grammar, stylistics, wording) of the translated document – or a partial proofreading – i.e. proofreading of the translated document only (without a comparison with the original document). Additionally, we offer text modifications – i.e. additions, changes and amendments to the texts, editing according to EU terminology, etc.

Prices for these services are calculated individually according to the extent, complexity, number of changes and additions, quality of the original translation and the volume of changes.

Agentúra ONLINE, s.r.o., also offers a graphic design of its own translations as well as of external documents translated by other agencies or individuals. We offer processing of graphic layout of translated documents corresponding to the graphic layout of the original documents. Common graphic layout features in MS Word, such as tables, columns, and paragraphs, are free of charge.

Foreign clients of Agentúra ONLINE, s.r.o., often take advantage of our "full service" management and delivery of multi-language translation projects. For example, if a client wishes to translate operating service instructions into the eight new EU languages (Slovak, Czech, Hungarian, Polish, Slovenian, Estonian, Lithuanian, Latvian) using a specific translation software, it is easier to place an order with one agency and receive the “full service” than to search for a translating agency in each of the individual countries, check their quality, teach them how to use the required software and monitor their work. We can do all this for our client, who simply receives the final translation into all languages.

We will make a no-cost calculation of our translation services at your request. This calculation is an estimate. The actual price for the translation is calculated based on its final version (in the target language), in standard pages based on the number of characters. (One standard page equals 1500 characters without spaces. In MS Word, this can be calculated using the Tools menu and the Word Count option.) This method is the EU standard for the consistent calculation of translated text volume. For interpreting services, the price is calculated according to the number of hours; for graphic services, according to the number of modified pages; for proofreading and editing services, the price depends (according to mutual agreement) either on the number of pages or the number of hours spent by a proofreader.

Our clients mostly send us their documents in the following formats: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Frame Maker, Transit Satellite, Rich Text Format, WordPad, etc. Other formats can be transformed into one of the above-mentioned formats in order to make the translation easier. However, if it will better suit your needs, we can adjust to use other formats. (Advance consultation and agreement is required.)
