Agentúra ONLINE has provided external translating services for the European Commission since 2004 – contract no. 18131. Thanks to the high quality of our translations as well as our reasonable prices we have a high rating in individual thematic subgroups of the EU contractors’ value ladder. This positioning determines the assignment of further translation jobs.
The majority of our translations are from English into Slovak, followed by French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch and Swedish into Slovak; and also from Western European languages into Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Slovenian, Estonian, Lithuanian and Latvian. Translations submitted for the EU were also conducted from Chinese into English, from Russian into French, etc. Some of them are carried out by our external partners – proven, high quality translation agencies in individual countries.
Our aim is to provide high quality services for reasonable prices within agreed time limits. To attempt to simply offer the lowest prices would force us to make use of inexpensive translators, and, consequently, the quality of our translations would be in question. Therefore, we prefer to employ high quality professional translators and we also train our potential translators to become such. The total satisfaction of our clients is much more important than being the cheapest agency in the market.
