Foreign clients of Agentúra ONLINE, s.r.o., often take advantage of our "full service" management and delivery of multi-language translation projects. For example, if a client wishes to translate operating service instructions into the eight new EU languages (Slovak, Czech, Hungarian, Polish, Slovenian, Estonian, Lithuanian, Latvian) using a specific translation software, it is easier to place an order with one agency and receive the “full service” than to search for a translating agency in each of the individual countries, check their quality, teach them how to use the required software and monitor their work. We can do all this for our client, who simply receives the final translation into all languages.
We have the services of several qualified translators at our disposal in each Eastern European country, as we often deliver our translations into these Eastern European languages for the European Commission. We utilise this network of translators for the benefit of our other clients as well. This enables us to prepare high quality translations quickly, effectively and for locally reasonable prices. Our network allows us to deliver "full service" projects to our clients so that they do not need to process them any further. At present, these projects constitute a large proportion of our services and we direct a great deal of our attention towards this area.
