Our interpreter brings along a Quality of Interpreting Services form. This brief document is filled in by the client immediately after the completion of the interpreting services, in the presence of the interpreter. This provides us with immediate feedback from the client, in addition to an overview on the length and quality of the interpreting. With the aim of maximum satisfaction of our clients, we also perform random controls at the location of the interpreting, in order to see first-hand whether the agreed terms and quality requirements of the client are being met.
