Our clients mostly send us their documents in the following formats: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Frame Maker, Transit Satellite, Rich Text Format, WordPad, etc. Other formats can be transformed into one of the above-mentioned formats in order to make the translation easier. However, if it will better suit your needs, we can adjust to use other formats. (Advance consultation and agreement is required.)
We usually use the Microsoft Office (Windows XP) software base, software like Adobe Acrobat and Frame Maker, as well as Transit. We are also able to work in environments that use memory systems, such as Trados, Transit, or others. Thanks to this software, in case of frequently repeated segments we are able to create translation memories for our clients. This not only unifies and speeds up the translations but it also reduces the client's costs.
